 Funding Available: Enhanced Financial Capacity Homeownership (Homeownership Capacity) Program
Minnesota Housing is releasing the Application for Funding for the Homeownership Capacity Program. The Homeownership Capacity Program provides resources to eligible organizations that deliver enhanced financial education and one-on-one financial coaching to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color and low-income households with a goal of homeownership.
The Application for Funding is now available for the Homeownership Capacity 2023 – 2025 grant contract period. All application materials are available on the Minnesota Housing website and in the Homeownership Capacity Application for Funding Overview, Questions and Tips. Applications must be submitted no later than 3 p.m. on Monday, June 19, 2023.
A technical assistance webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, May 31, 2023, from 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. to review the application in detail. All interested applicants are strongly encouraged to attend. Register now.
