2022 Top Producing Loan Officer Eligibility Deadline – December 31
The next cycle of the Minnesota Housing Top Producing Loan Officer Program for Homeownership is ending on December 31, 2022. This program recognizes Minnesota Housing individual loan officers on an annual basis.
Recognition is based on the number of closed loans entered (True and Certify process completed) into Minnesota Housing's commitment system by the end of the calendar year. The next recognition period is January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022. To receive credit for all your Minnesota Housing loans committed during the year make sure:
- Your Web Administrator has set you up as a Loan Officer in Minnesota Housing's commitment system, and
- Your name is entered in the “Loan Officer” field in the commitment system.
If you have switched companies during the year, you will receive credit for all loans originated as a loan officer with a Minnesota Housing participating lender, provided you have been set up correctly with your new company in the commitment system.
Minnesota Housing will announce the Top Producers during the first quarter of 2023 and post results to our Lender Search.

The Minnesota Housing Top Producing Loan Officer Program recognizes individual loan officers based solely on the number of Minnesota Housing first-time homebuyer loans produced in one of the designated regions for the program on an annual basis. Designations are not intended as a formal referral or preference for individual loan officers and no financial or other measurable benefit is intended to be granted to loan officers on a preferential basis.
New Series Sign-up: Monthly Update & Hot Topics Call
The Monthly Update & Hot Topics Call is open for everyone to attend, not just underwriters. During these calls we review recent Minnesota Housing updates and important information to help you originate and process our loans. Lenders are welcome to submit questions or topics to discuss on the call. This is a great venue to have more in-depth discussion on advanced topics.
Even if you registered for the monthly calls previously, you have to sign-up again to access the next series. Register for the 2023 calls.
When you register, you will be signed up for all sessions in the series but can attend the sessions that work for you. Calls occur on the second Thursday of the month from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. CST.
