Reminder: Monthly Fix Up Rate Changes December 1

Fix Up rates are reviewed and adjusted on the first business day of the month. The next rate review and adjustment takes place on Thursday, December 1. It is essential that lenders lock loans in their pipeline if you want the current rate.

Energy Supplemental Application

Please remember that the energy supplemental application for unsecured energy loans must be filled out completely before uploading into Minnesota Housing's loan commitment system. We are commonly seeing missing information on the first page of the document, specifically: square footage of the home, rebate information, and borrower initials on the Tennessen Warning.

As a reminder, the energy supplemental application is no longer required for secured energy loans, but is still required for unsecured energy loans.
