 Reminder: Monthly Fix Up Rate Changes November 1
Fix Up rates are reviewed and adjusted on the first business day of the month. The next rate review and adjustment takes place on Tuesday, November 1. It is essential that lenders lock loans in their pipeline if you want the current rate.
In-Person Fix Up Training - November 9
Do you want to boost your knowledge of Minnesota Housing’s Fix Up home improvement loan program? Or do you want to learn how Fix Up can help you serve more clients? Join us in St. Cloud for our return to in-person Fix Up trainings.
This training is designed both for new Fix Up lenders and experienced lenders wanting a refresher, as well as curious lenders who don’t yet offer Fix Up. We'll cover key features of the program, borrower and property eligibility, and the breadth of permanent home improvements eligible for Fix Up financing.

Marketing Materials Update
We are streamlining our promotions portfolio and have updated our Marketing Materials web page. You can still view samples and order through the updated Marketing Center, and some items may have been added or discontinued.
We have several new consumer brochures available, including a single Homeownership programs brochure with streamlined information, updated Fix Up Home Improvement Loan Program brochure, and expanded Rehabilitation Loan Program/Emergency Loan Program/Manufactured Housing brochure.
We will continue to update the Marketing Center with additional items as they are approved for use and distribution. Please be advised, requested items may take longer to send as we are primarily teleworking. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Fix Up Monthly Check-in Calls
Join us for monthly webinars where we focus on answering questions about Fix Up and reviewing pertinent program topics. Please email Kirsten Partenheimer with any topics or questions for the next monthly check-in. Click here to register.
When you register, you will be signed up for all sessions in the series but can attend the sessions that work for you. Most calls occur on the third Wednesday of the month at 9 a.m. CST. Calls generally last 10-30 minutes depending on topics and conversation. Once a quarter we offer the Fix Up 101 Training in lieu of the monthly check-in call.
