We have made changes to the following forms:

• FHA Gift/Award Letter
• Borrower Affidavit
• Subsidy Recapture Disclosure Statement and Tennessen Warning
• Notice to Buyers FHA/VA
• Appraisal Delivery Certification

What changed in these documents?
We added space for additional borrower signatures on all of these forms.

Timeline:
The updated forms may be used immediately and must be used as of November 1, 2022.
