Manufactured Home Community Redevelopment Program 2022 RFP Technical Assistance
The Manufactured Home Community Redevelopment Program provides grants to fund infrastructure improvements or acquisition of manufactured home parks to assist the needs of aging manufactured home communities around Minnesota. The program will prioritize projects based on health, safety, and critical need improvements, as well as projects that leverage support from local municipalities, and/or projects converting a community to a cooperative ownership model.
Funds are available through an annual competitive request for proposals (RFP) process. The 2022 RFP release date is August 29, 2022 and applications will be accepted through October 3rd, 2022.
