We are asking for your feedback and ideas!
Minnesota Housing’s Housing Stability Team strives to be a funding partner that you want to work with so that together, we can help people experience housing stability. The Housing Stability Team also desires that when we partner with you, your experience is positive and fair. We are inviting you to take a brief survey to help us better understand how we are doing in achieving that goal.
Please complete this brief survey by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. It should take approximately 10-15 minutes. All survey responses will remain anonymous.
We recognize that your time is incredibly valuable, so know that we will read every response provided in this survey. We have included open-ended questions as an attempt to collect richer feedback on some responses.
We will also be hosting several focus groups and conducting a limited number of one-on-one interviews to gain additional feedback and insight. You will have an opportunity to let us know your interest in participating in a focus group or an interview by answering the related question in the survey.
Once we collect and analyze all data, we will consider how to revise our funding application, and due diligence and contracting processes, in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements, so that you may have a positive and fair experience when partnering with Minnesota Housing.
We will provide a summary of the survey results as well as any funding application, and due diligence and contracting processes revisions, for your review and additional feedback. Your voice matters. Thank you for sharing your ideas and experiences to help us be a funding partner you want to work with and one that provides a positive and fair experience.
Please contact me at joel.salzer@state.mn.us if you have any questions.
Thank you for taking the time complete this survey; we are grateful for your partnership!
