Increased Fix Up Income Limits Effective Today
Fix Up income limits will increase for loans locked on or after today, June 1, 2022. The new income limits are:
- 11-County Twin Cities Metro Area*: $175,400
- Dodge & Olmsted Counties: $175,400
- All Other Counties: $155,500
The new income limits are posted on Minnesota Housing's website.
*The 11-county Twin Cities Metro Area is defined as: Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington and Wright Counties.
Property Value Field in Commitment System
Minnesota Housing's commitment system was recently updated to increase the reasonableness threshold in the Property Value Limit field for Fix Up loans. Previously, lenders needed to contact the Partner Solutions Team if the property value was more than $500,000. The reasonableness threshold has been increased to $900,000.
As a reminder, Fix Up does not have a maximum property value limit.
