 Rehabilitation Loan Program and Emergency & Accessibility Loan Program Income Limit Changes
The Rehabilitation Loan Program and Emergency & Accessibility Loan Program (RLP/ELP) income limits will change effective June 1, 2022.
The following income limits are effective for loans locked on or after June 1, 2022:

If you receive an income error while locking a loan in Minnesota Housing's loan commitment system, confirm that the borrower is income eligible and contact the RLP/ELP Team at RLP.ELP@state.mn.us and/or 651.296.8215 or 800.710.8871 to proceed with the loan.
Loan Transmittal Form Update
Our servicer, AmeriNat, changed the email address for where to send Final Documents. The Loan Transmittal has been updated to reflect the updated email address.
