 Increased Fix Up Income Limits Effective June 1, 2022
Fix Up income limits will increase for loans locked on or after June 1, 2022. The new income
limits are:
- 11-County Twin Cities Metro Area*: $175,400
- Dodge & Olmsted Counties: $175,400
- All Other Counties: $155,500
The new income limits will be posted to Minnesota Housing's website on June 1.
*The 11-county Twin Cities Metro Area is defined as: Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington and Wright Counties.
Loan Transmittal Form Update
Our servicer, AmeriNat, changed the email address for where to send Final Documents. The Loan Transmittal has been updated to reflect the updated email address.
Minnesota Housing Closed on Memorial Day
Minnesota Housing will be closed on Monday, May 30 for Memorial Day.

When you register, you will be signed up for all sessions in the series but can attend the sessions that work for you. Most calls occur on the third Wednesday of the month at 9 a.m. CST. Calls generally last 10-30 minutes depending on topics and conversation. Once a quarter we offer the Fix Up 101 Training in lieu of the monthly check-in call.
