Minnesota Housing is pleased to recognize 41 Fix Up loan officers through the Top Producing Loan Officer Program, which recognizes the individual loan officers with the highest levels of Fix Up loan production in 2021. These top-producers will be highlighted on our website and will also have the opportunity to receive customized promotional pieces and exclusive marketing benefits.

April Monthly Check-in Call Tomorrow
Join us for monthly webinars where we focus on answering questions about Fix Up and reviewing pertinent program topics. Please click here to register.
Our April check-in is taking place tomorrow. Please email Kirsten at kirsten.partenheimer@state.mn.us with any agenda topics or questions you'd like covered in the call.
When you register, you will be signed up for all sessions in the series but can attend the sessions that work for you. Most calls occur on the third Wednesday of the month at 9 a.m. CST. Calls generally last 10-30 minutes depending on topics and conversation. Once a quarter we offer the Fix Up 101 Training in lieu of the monthly check-in call.
