 Reminder: Fix Up Lender Survey
We continually evaluate the effectiveness of Fix Up to see if there are opportunities to improve the lender experience and serve borrowers better. We value your opinions and invite you to take the Fix Up lender survey to share your thoughts. We will use your feedback to help improve the program and processes.
The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete, and will close on Wednesday, January 26.
January Fix Up Check-in Tomorrow
Join us in 2022 for monthly webinars where we focus on answering questions about Fix Up and reviewing pertinent program topics.
Even if you registered for the monthly check-ins previously, you have to sign-up again to access the next series. Please click here to register.
When you register, you will be signed up for all sessions in the series but can attend the sessions that work for you. Most calls occur on the third Wednesday of the month at 9 a.m. CST. Calls generally last 10-30 minutes depending on topics and conversation. Once a quarter we offer the Fix Up 101 Training in lieu of the monthly check-in call.
