 Rehabilitation Loan Program Lender Training Webinar Rescheduled
The Rehabilitation Loan Program Manufactured Home Replacement Training scheduled for Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm has been rescheduled to Wednesday, January 26, 2022, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. Please click here to register for the training. NOTE: If you had registered for the training on January 13, you will need to register again.
At least one person from your organization involved in processing RLP loans is required to attend the training.
Please contact the RLP/ELP team if you have a homeowner interested in using funds for manufactured home replacement.
Document Submission Change
Effective immediately, the original fully executed Note must be mailed to AmeriNat, 217 South Newton Ave., Albert Lea, MN, 56007. Notes sent through secure email will no longer be accepted. The Loan Transmittal Worksheet will be updated to reflect this change.
