 New Authorization for Automatic Payment Form
AmeriNat recently updated their Authorization for Automatic Payment form, which you can find in the Forms Guide and Glossary. The new form includes an update to the payment draft date criteria: Payment selection date can only be on the date the monthly payment is due or within the grace period of the due date, not to exceed 15 days past due date. (i.e. Loans due on the 5th with a 15-day grace period can select any date between the 5th and the 20th.) Please Note: The form also references a 10-day grace period, however, we have confirmed with AmeriNat that Minnesota loans have a 15-day grace period after the due date.
Fix Up Rate Review & Adjustment
As a reminder, Fix Up rates are reviewed and adjusted on the first date of the quarter in January, April, July, and October. The next rate review and adjustment takes place on Monday, January 3. It is essential that lenders lock loans in their pipeline if you want the current rate.

When you register, you will be signed up for all sessions in the series but can attend the sessions that work for you. Most calls occur on the third Wednesday of the month at 9 a.m. CST. Calls generally last 10-30 minutes depending on topics and conversation. Once a quarter we offer the Fix Up 101 Training in lieu of the monthly check-in call.

Minnesota Housing Holiday Closures
