Ongoing Commitment System Technical Issues
The Minnesota Housing loan commitment system is experiencing ongoing technical difficulties. Our vendor plans to implement another update tonight to fix these issues. All users must be out of the system by 5:00 p.m.
Before 5:00 p.m. if you are trying to log into our system and you receive the error below, you need to clear your cache. (*NOTE: You may need to clear it several times before gaining access again and clearing your cache should also resolve the “authentication failed” message.)

CLEAR CACHE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Click: ctrl-shift-I and this screen will display
Right click on the refresh icon. A menu will display, select Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Close the Elements to the right & proceed.
