Reminder and Correction - HomeHelpMN Community Connectors Request for Proposal

Minnesota Housing is requesting proposals from community-based organizations to partner in outreach and engagement with Minnesota homeowners regarding housing stabilization and foreclosure prevention services for the HomeHelpMN COVID-19 Homeowner Assistance Program.

Community Connectors will be critical partners in informing homeowners about available services and creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to learn about and access the HomeHelpMN program. Access the Community Connectors Request for Proposal here.

The deadline for Community Connector RFP Responses is tomorrow, Tuesday, October 12. Responses must be received by 5:00 p.m. central daylight time. Late responses will not be accepted.

To submit a complete RFP, organizations must:

1. Email the Application, Project Budget, and Project Workplan to HomeHelpMN@state.mn.us
2. CORRECTED EMAIL to upload financial documents - (this email replaces what is listed in the application).

• Submit Financial Documents here: https://mnhousing.leapfile.net/ and select “Secure Upload.” 
• In the “Recipient Email” field use this email: homeownershipcapacity.mhfa@state.mn.us then hit "Start" and follow the directions from there. Do not send via email.
