Legislative Update
Chamber Cookout
I had a great time serving food at the Ag Appreciation Summer Cookout hosted by the Austin Area Chamber of Commerce. The event was a great success and I loved getting to talk to so many people out supporting our local Chamber!
 Hormel Institute Visit
Earlier this week, Representative Nolan West and I visited the Hormel Institute (photo below) to see their CryoEM microscope and hear about their Minnesota BioImaging Center expansion.
What they're doing at the Hormel Institute is incredible, and I enjoyed sharing about the great things happening in our district with Rep. West!

Finally, this week I signed the last baby letters I'll send out until November! Because of a legislative rule, no unsolicited communications can be sent out from my legislative office between 60 days post-session and November 8th.
Connecting with constituents is one of my favorite things to do, and I look forward to continuing to do so while out and about in the district over the summer and fall!
