Dear Friends,
The governor has extended his emergency powers again, so we have been called back to St. Paul for another special session this week. Session began Monday and will likely run at least a week, as negotiations continue on issues like bonding, tax cuts, police reform, and supplemental budget spending.
The City of Coon Rapids has announced that in-person absentee voting has begun at City Hall. If you would like more information on in-person absentee voting, or elections in general, you can visit the Coon Rapids website if you live in the city, or mnvotes.org.
Due to a 60-day post-session rule, this will be my last legislative update until November. If you want to stay updated on the latest information about legislative sessions, I would encourage you to check out my official Facebook page. You can also reach out to me via email if you have specific questions.
