Alexandria, MN - The Jewish Community Relations Council recently announced an event taking place Tuesday, January 7th in response to the rise in antisemitic events in New York and across the country. Representative Mary Franson, R-Alexandria, released the following statement regarding the event.

"The antisemitism we are seeing in the world today is absolutely disturbing and shameful," said Franson. "While I unfortunately cannot attend this important event, I will be there in spirit to stand in solidarity with our Jewish friends. Now is the time to stand together against the hatred, division, and intimidation that we see around us."
