Take a Pledge Not to Text and Drive

Who is the biggest offender of texting while driving?  Teenagers or adults?  A surprising new study shows that adult commuters are texting more than teens -- 49 percent of adults admit to texting while driving and 43 percent of teens admit to it.  Texting while driving is illegal in many states including Minnesota and Wisconsin.  Texting and driving can be a deadly combination and is involved in more than 100,000 vehicle crashes each year, often causing injuries and deaths.
