Transit Oriented Communities program RFA deadline extended to February 12
 Hennepin County's Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) program supports projects that create more walkable, mixed-use, and human-centered communities served by high-frequency transit.
The due date for the TOC Request for Applications (RFA) has been extended from February 5 to February 12. Applications are now due by 3 p.m. CST February 12, 2026.
