The no-cost, eight-month Hennepin County program offers three elements to help your business grow:
- CEO roundtable sessions: Monthly half-day facilitated peer discussion
- CEO Speaker Forum: Monthly speakers presenting topical information to help CEOs grow and expand
- System for Integrated Growth: 33 hours of intensive, advanced research to expand growth and opportunity for each participating CEO

Get Started is a 75-minute virtual interactive session designed for anyone with a business idea looking for a jumpstart.
Participants will learn from expert facilitators and Elevate Hennepin Business Navigators in a live, virtual session on how to explore their ideas through the CO.STARTERS Canvas, a business planning framework.
Through this program, entrepreneurs will:
- Map their ideas
- Understand the first steps to start
- Identify ways to get meaningful customer feedback
Participants will leave the program with materials, resources, and a process to examine their next great idea.
The first no-cost webinar runs June 11 from 12 p.m. to 1:15.
Take a deep dive into the anatomy of an impactful company pitch.
During this intensive 90-minute online workshop, Elevate Hennepin cohort partner Certified Access will equip business owners with actionable strategies to craft and deliver a persuasive business pitch that resonates with potential buyers, partners, and investors. Select participants may have an opportunity to pitch their company live.
