Elevate cheerleading, community propels The Arts Creative forward

When longtime art teacher Katie Ross got the idea to start The Arts Creative in Bloomington, she had great ideas for classes, insights for connecting with students and building community. Finding capital, developing marketing, and business finances were not her strengths.

Katie worked with several advisors and joined CEO Start to bring all her advisor insights together as a solid business strategy.

Elevate Answers: Microloans to fuel your business

Looking for financial support to grow your business? Elevate Hennepin offers guidance and multiple microloan resources to meet your needs to bridge the financing gap. For example, Brooklyn Center Small Business Microloans provide low-interest loans to local businesses, helping them expand and thrive. Similarly, the St. Louis Park Two Percent Loan Program offers low-interest financial support to entrepreneurs in its service area.

For broader support, the Emerging Entrepreneur Loan Program and the SBA Microloan Program provide capital to startups county-wide, offering modest but essential financial resources to kickstart growth.
