Business owners often find themselves with multiple roles and constantly playing catch up.
CEO Now, a group-learning opportunity for growth-oriented business owners, was designed to offer guidance for entrepreneurs to not just catch up, but get ahead of their business with systems to scale.
Without such systems, essential work can get forgotten.
“It’s the marketing, it's the sales, it's the culture and leadership, it's the hiring and recruiting,” said Dr. Stephen Crawford, executive coach and CEO Now cohort facilitator. “There's so much that can get forgotten.”
Applications open tomorrow, March 14, next CEO Now group training. Applications will be accepted through April 25. The next training begins in May 2024. Space is limited and fills quickly for this competitive program.
Launched by Hennepin County as part of the Elevate Hennepin initiative, CEO Now has become a regional collaboration with Ramsey County joining to sponsor the program this year.
