Environmental health’s customers will experience a temporary disruption for walk-in service only. The physical front desk will be unavailable during the transition. Staff will continue to be available via phone and email during normal office hours.

The last day for in-person assistance at the second-floor office in Hopkins is November 8th. The front desk will reopen at the new Eden Prairie location on November 15th. 

As a reminder Veterans Day will be observed on November 10th and Environmental Health will be closed. The 24-hour emergency hotline will continue to operate as usual and can be found on our website: www.hennepin.us/envhealth.
