Reminder: Sign up for a tour of a waste facility

We are offering a series of facility tours for Community Recycling Ambassadors at waste facilities in the metro area. Tour sites are:

• Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) Organics Recycling Facility in Shakopee
• Brooklyn Park Transfer Station (BPTS) in Brooklyn Park
• Hennepin Energy Recover Center (HERC) in Minneapolis.

All tours are free, but you must register to attend. Each tour date has a maximum capacity of 24 people, so sign up early to reserve your spot. Please only register for dates you know you can attend.

Survey for Plymouth residents about curbside organics recycling

Help shape the future of organics recycling in the City of Plymouth! Plymouth residents are encouraged to take a survey and provide feedback on curbside organics recycling collection options. Non-Plymouth residents are encouraged to share this survey with any friends and family in Plymouth. The survey is available through Monday, September, 11.
