When Cecilia Stanton Adams heard about Certified Access Academy, she saw a way to get the certification she wanted for years, but struggled to complete.
“There are so many forms and it's complicated and confusing,” said Adams. “On top of, you know, you're trying to run a business.”
But with the support of experts, technical assistance and a network of peers tackling the same process in Certified Access Academy, it was much more manageable. She got a key certification for her business, The Diversity Institute, and found a new network of fellow Black businesswomen; both have changed her business for the better.
“It really, really paid off,” said Adams.
Read her story and how the Certified Access Academy propelled her forward.
