Mentor residents as a Hennepin County Zero Waste Challenge Household Liaison
Ten volunteers are requested to serve as liaisons for households participating in the Zero Waste Challenge. This flexible, virtual volunteer role is May through October, working one-on-one with challenge households to mentor them with their waste prevention goals. Sign up on or before April 26.

Give away compost with the City of Bloomington

The City of Bloomington is looking for four volunteers to help support their compost giveaway event. Volunteers will either help load bags of finished compost into cars, direct traffic, or help at our organics education table. Support the 3rd Annual Minneapolis Garden Tool Swap
Saturday, May 13 from 9 a.m. to noon Seven different community parks across Minneapolis
The garden tool swap returns! With swaps taking place at seven parks across Minneapolis, at least two volunteers are needed at each park to chat with participants and help tally the items being dropped off.

Support a virtual backyard composting workshop
