The Health of the CES System Dashboard tracks the average length of time the following activities take:
- Priority list to referral
- Vacancy to referral
- Referral to result
- Referral to housed
- Project entry to housed - PH only
- Priority list start to housed

This is just a reminder to keep the contact information current for staff that are working with clients referred to your agency.
Anytime the staff point of contact changes for a client, update Coordinated Entry Event:
Remember to update client assessments with Medical Fragility Info.
There are new Medical Fragility questions in the assessment. In the near future the answers to these questions will impact the housing referrals clients may receive.
Make sure to get these questions answered by clients you already assessed.
