New grant opportunity to address unsheltered homelessness
On June 22, 2022 The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the 2022 Continuum of Care (CoC) Supplemental Notice of Funding Opportunity (Special NOFO) to address unsheltered and rural homelessness. This Special NOFO makes $322 million available nationally to assist communities in addressing unsheltered and rural homelessness. This represents an extraordinarily important opportunity to reverse course on punitive tactics, and demonstrate the effectiveness of evidence-based best practices.
Join us for an overview meeting on the special NOFO

The NOFO stipulates that Hennepin County, as the collaborative applicant for the Continuum of Care (CoC), is the entity that will submit our community's application. We will be hosting a community meeting to go over the specifics of the application process and focus on preparing agencies that are interested in applying for this funding opportunity.
