June CES Scoop: Update on Emergency Housing Vouchers, Upcoming Training, and More

CES Scoop - Hennepin CoC Coordinated Entry

Update for Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) Case Managers

System Update

All needed EHV referrals have been received.

However, you can still identify eligible individuals in HMIS.

Minneapolis Public Housing Authority and Metro HRA notified us that they have received all needed Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) referrals.

This means they will only fill EHV vacancies as they come available through attrition.

You can still identify individuals who are eligible for EHV in HMIS.

This way, we will have individuals already identified for the EHV spots when we are notified that the housing authorities need referrals.

Individuals identified for EHVs are also considered for all other homeless dedicated housing units coming through CES.
