Hennepin County Homeless Response System 2022 Community Meetings

Join us for two 2022 community meetings

Hennepin County will be hosting a virtual annual community meeting on July 19th and an in-person outdoor picnic July 21st for homeless sector stakeholders. The intention of the meetings are to bring together housing and service providers, advocates, elected officials, cross sector partners, and people who’ve experienced homelessness.

Virtual community meeting:

This event will feature an opening session from 9:00 to 9:30, which includes words from Hennepin County and Heading Home Hennepin leadership, as well as the Hennepin County Lived Experience Advisory Group.

From 9:30 to 11:00 we will have two rounds of breakout sessions. We will release the list of breakout sessions soon.

Homeless response system community picnic:

Hennepin County will be hosting a picnic at Veteran's Park in Richfield to bring together stakeholders and to thank everyone that has contributed to serving people experiencing homelessness in our community over these past two challenging years. We will have light refreshments and games. This is an opportunity to connect with your fellow colleagues and have an afternoon to relax and have some fun.
