Changing pickup locations for holds

Hennepin County

Did you know you are able to change the pickup location for current holds yourself, including holds that are not ready or in transit? Note: The pickup location for holds that are ready now cannot be changed.

For current holds, use this tool found on the Borrowing page of our website, Change pickup location for holds that you’ve already placed. We are not able to link to this tool in My Account in the catalog.

Using this tool will only update holds that have already been placed. It will not change the pickup location for any holds that are placed to be delivered in the future. You can change your preferred pickup location for future holds in "My Settings" in your library account.
