Housing Referrals are Getting Faster!
 |
|
New Expectations from Hennepin CES
CES strives to send referrals no more than 2 business days from the date the Referral Request form was received.

Housing Providers Asked and the CES Team Listened!
Housing Providers asked for a faster turnaround after sending in a Referral Request Form. Moving forward, CES strives to send referrals no more than 2 business days from the date the Referral Request form was received.
How is a Business Day Defined?
A business day is defined as before 3pm. Referral Request forms received after 3pm are counted towards the next business day.
Exceptions?
The exception to the 2 business day time frame is when there are no households on the Priority List that are a match for the specific funding requirements and/or programmatic preferences.
