Employee survey results inform policies, change supports

Results of the countywide Future of Work staff survey were shared last week with county administration. This week, assistant county administrators are beginning to discuss survey results by line of business with their directors.

At next Monday’s virtual all supervisor-manager meeting, you will hear more about how survey results informed remote work policy development along with best practices research and other input.

Survey results also will continue to inform tools for leaders, to help you support individuals and teams through change.
