Wilshire Boulevard (County Road 125) in Mound

Situation
Starting Monday, June 25, Wilshire Boulevard (County Road 125) will be closed to traffic between Essex and Bedford roads in Mound.
Metropolitan Council Environmental Services is closing the road to remove the old lift station, make sewer connections for the new lift station, work on manholes and complete some city utility work.
Closure timing
The closure is expected to be in place for approximately four weeks.
Detours and access
All through (regional) traffic on Wilshire Boulevard will be detoured around the closure using Commerce Boulevard (County Road 110) and Shoreline Drive (County Road 15).
Access will be maintained for local area residents and businesses. Local traffic will be directed around the closure by using various local streets (shown below).
