Speak up: Hopes and dreams for new Hennepin County Library - Southdale

After months of big-picture discussions about the Southdale Regional Center site, Hennepin County Library leadership invites residents to participate and help shape the future of the new Southdale Library.

Join us for a facilitated planning session TODAY, Thursday, March 23, 6 to 8 p.m., at Hennepin County Library - Southdale, 7001 York Avenue South, Edina. Participants should plan to attend the whole meeting.

As part of the initial planning, library leaders will engage with residents to hear how they currently use the library, what they love about it and what they would like to see in the future. They will learn about the planning process, timeline and future opportunities to share ideas for the new library.

The new Southdale Library will continue to be a regional destination and a community resource.
