The Frosty Challenge is an eight-week campaign that helps employees maintain—not gain—weight over the winter months. Frosty helps employees develop mindful and healthy eating habits; reduce stress; and stay active.

• Hear Frosty success stories.
• Get tips for making it a fun activity at your workplace.
