Hennepin County will host a
Health and Safety Fair on Wednesday, June 3 on the North Plaza of the Hennepin
County Government Center. More than 25 health and safety resources will be
available during the fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
We have a great line up of
exhibits including emergency preparations, bike and pedestrian planning, the
Hennepin County Sheriff’s department and local fire departments.
In the event of inclement weather,
the Health and Safety Fair will be held indoors on the Skyway Level of the Government
Center.
This event is just the first of
many Summer on the Plaza events. The series runs
June through August during the lunch hour on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Performers include singers, drummers, dancers and educators.
