Announcing the first Explore Minnesota Film Town Hall

Minnesota’s state film office is now in operation and working toward a productive 2025.

Join Explore Minnesota Film for an industry town hall to learn how this new office will advance the production industry in Minnesota.

We’ll discuss the state of the industry in Minnesota for the coming year, covering important topics such as new guidelines for the Film Production Tax Credit, the role of a state film office, new initiatives planned, and the marketing and promotion of Minnesota as a location.

Presenter Melodie Bahan, Explore Minnesota Film Deputy Director, will be joined by the staff, Sarah Gebeke, Production Liaison, and Jill Johansen, Incentives Specialist, to provide information and answer any questions.
