This classic psychological drama is a chilling and mystifying study in mounting terror in which a small group of “psychically receptive” people are brought together in Hill House, a brooding, mid-Victorian mansion known as a place of evil and “contained ill will.” Based on the novel by Shirley Jackson and adapted for the stage by F. Fine Craft Collective
The 15th Annual Fine Craft Collective is a seasonal exhibition featuring the work of 24 artisans. More than just the personal touch of an object made by hand, this co-operative gallery gives a personal connection between artisans and visitors. A participating artist will be available daily to discuss their handmade pieces and the process used to create their works of art. An Evening with Emily Dickinson is a special live theater event performed by the incomparable Elsa Cornell. Elsa will perform excerpts of William Luce’s acclaimed play The Belle of Amherst based on the life of poet Emily Dickinson. This one-woman play explores the life of one of America's greatest poets at various stages of her life, making use of her work, diaries and letters to recollect her encounters with the significant people in her life. Sugar Plum Fairy Tea Party

Edmund Fitzgerald Memorial Beacon Lighting
On the anniversary of this tragedy, Split Rock Lighthouse commemorates the 1975 sinking of the freighter Edmund Fitzgerald and the loss of 29 crew members. The lighthouse, fog signal building and visitor center will be open. Costumed guides will greet visitors and provide historic site and shipwreck information.
