Boats and Bluegrass Festival
This family-friendly festival offers a huge line-up of performances on the banks of the Mississippi River with camping less than 50 yards from the venue. The 2018 Northfield Poetry Festival is a Hispanic Heritage Celebration with a morning poetry reading for children (elementary school age) at Content Bookstore, an afternoon poetry event at the Northfield Public Library, and an evening poetry contest and reading at Imminent Brewing. Hamilton is the story of America’s Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War, and the new nation’s first Treasury Secretary. Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway, Hamilton is the story of America then, as told by America now. Twin Cities Harvest Festival and Maze boasts Minnesota's largest corn maze with fun for the entire family.
