Project description: Minnesota DNR proposes to restore a channelized stream and create and restore wetland habitat within the Skandia Wildlife Management Area (WMA). The channel within this segment of the WMA was historically straightened (channelized) to accommodate agricultural activities. Project description: Twin Cities Land Development is proposing to develop an approximately 140 acre parcel of land located in the City of Greenfield at the northeast quadrant of State Highway 55 and Dogwood Street (CR 92). The proposed development would be a phased development consisting of approximately 200 single family detached homes and 450 units of attached housing product (townhomes and apartments, approximately 30 acres of commercial uses and associated parks, roads, trails and infrastructure to serve the development. The development is expected to build out in phases over a 5-6 year period.

Project description: Riverview, LLP proposes to expand the existing West River Dairy 7,855-cow (10,997 AU) facility by adding an 11,000-cow dairy (15,400 AU) facility in Section 1 of Synnes Township, Stevens County. Cows will be housed in a cross-ventilated, total-confinement, free-stall barn and will use clay-lined basins with impermeable covers to collect and store manure and wastewater. Project description: The AUAR Study Area consists of 784 acres of land within the City of Hugo, bounded by the City of Lino Lakes to the west and Oneka Lake to the east. The Study Area is surrounded by rural residential and undeveloped land to the north, east, and west, with medium density residential to the south. Three development scenarios are evaluated in the AUAR. Scenario 1 is consistent with the existing 2040 Comprehensive Plan, including industrial, low, medium, and high density residential, and mixed use. Scenario 2 involves a higher density of medium-density residential development and mixed-use, including industrial, mixed use and low, medium, and high density residential as planned unit developments. Project description: The Minnesota Vikings Headquarters and Mixed-Use Development Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) area is approximately 200 acres, located in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of State Highway 149 and Interstate 494, between Lone Oak Parkway and Ames Crossing Road, City of Eagan, Dakota County, MN. The original AUAR was adopted in 2016 and subsequently updated in 2021. The 2016 AUAR studied three development scenarios including Scenario 1: Major Office, Scenario 2: Mixed Use, and Scenario 3: Mixed Use Maximum Build. This update captures development that have occurred in the past five years and proposed minor changes to the development scenarios. The EQB Monitor is a weekly publication announcing environmental review documents, public comment periods and other actions of the Environmental Quality Board. The EQB Monitor is published every Tuesday at noon. Submissions to the EQB Monitor are due by 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday one week prior to the intended publication date.
