Hello!
Yesterday I informed the Board of Trustees for Minnesota State that I plan to retire effective August 1, 2023. Making the decision was bittersweet, because serving as Chancellor for Minnesota State over the past six years has been a singular honor and the greatest privilege of my professional life. The colleges and universities of Minnesota State are places of hope and opportunity for Minnesotans who strive to create a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities — I am humbled to have been a part of that mission. Below, please find the inspiring stories of two students who pursued their passions by furthering their education. And, you're welcome to watch my full retirement announcement.
