 Lake Superior College Graduate Achieves Dream of Firefighting on Land and Sea
Davan Scott, a 2013 graduate of Lake Superior College with a Firefighting A.A.S. degree, combines his degree with his experience as a sailor to enjoy an exciting dual-track career in the Navy and with the Duluth Fire Department.

 Inver Hills Community College Graduate Dedicates Life to Serving Veterans
Janet Lorenzo served in the Navy as a petty officer third class from 2003 to 2007. After leaving the Navy, she enrolled at Inver Hills Community College and graduated with a Human Service Worker Associate of Science degree.
