Welcome to the Multifamily Support and Resources Group!
Whether you are managing properties, supporting residents, or giving tours, we're here to help you stay informed and connected with all the happenings in Eden Prairie!
The goal of this group is to (1) provide a space and create an on-going meeting for multifamily housing providers to network with others, (2) share opportunities in Eden Prairie,(3) learn about resources/important updates, and (4) gain knowledge on how to help them better serve their residents through our guest speakers. Being a part of this group does not require any contribution from you other than attending the meeting and sharing what you have learned with your residents and your team!

Upcoming Meeting: Get to know our EPPD and Fire Inspections team!
When: Tuesday, July 21 from 10:00 am - 11:30 am.
Where: Eden Prairie City Center (8080 Mitchell Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55344) - Heritage Rooms
Topic: Join us for our upcoming meeting in July that will focus on building stronger connections with your local public safety agencies! Eden Prairie Police and Fire Inspectors will join us to share how their team supports our multifamily properties and communities, answer questions, and offer guidance on how and when to reach out.
This session is designed to give you an opportunity to directly learn and ask questions from the people who keep our City safe.

- The Recreation Access Assistance Program
- This program is available for Eden Prairie residents and those who work in Eden Prairie who may need support covering program costs.
- Approved participants receive 50% off the regular cost of select Parks and Recreation programs.
- Fee assistance is available per calendar year, participants must reapply each year.
- Total annual fee assistance is limited to $200 per person

Eden Prairie Schools Family Fun Day 2026
Enjoy family activities and entertainment at Community Education’s annual free Family Fun Day event (previously known as Friday Fun Day) featuring:

- Vehicle Fair
- Open Playground
- Hands-on Activities for Kids of All Ages
- Food trucks (payment required): Eggroll Queen, Brick Oven Pizza and Taco Way!

Event will take place rain or shine. This event is open to all Eden Prairie families and those attending Eden Prairie Schools.
