Sound Bath

"Bathe" yourself in sound waves through this immersive, full-body meditative experience that uses intentional sound to relax and restore both body and mind.

Bunny Yoga

Hop on over for Bunny Yoga! Adorable and adoptable rabbits roam freely as the yoga flows encourage lots of bunny-human interaction. Registration proceeds benefit Rabbit Rescue of Minnesota.

Aquatics Programs
Sensory-Friendly Open Swimming
Experience Open Swimming with reduced environmental stimulation — no music or water features, and lifeguards refrain from using whistles (except in case of emergency).
No registration necessary.

Floating Egg Hunt

Last call to join us for an "eggstra" special day at the pool! Dive, wade and splash your way through the Recreation Pool in search of colorful floating eggs. Children 7 and younger must have an adult in the water with them.

Smells Great... But Not Here
Strong scents can be distracting in class and may cause discomfort for others, including headaches or allergic reactions.
Scents can come from perfumes, lotions, oils, smoke, or even linger on clothing and mats. Please minimize use of scented products before class, especially in close-contact classes where participants are breathing heavily.

Fitness Class Registration Reminders
The Community Center is busy place, and most fitness classes are full, many with waitlists for members hoping to get a spot that may open.
- If you are unable to attend a class, please remember to cancel your reservation
- If you’re on a waitlist, remember to check your waitlist status so you don’t miss out when reservations are canceled
