Seated Tai Chi

Seated Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact exercise performed entirely from a chair, making it accessible for all fitness levels, especially beginners or those with limited mobility. Learn the principles and key movements, improve core stability and postural strength and practice controlled motion.

Inflatable Obstacle Course
Ages 8+ $10 members / $15 non-members
Saturday, Feb. 28 1–2:30 or 2:45–4:15
Challenge yourself on our Inflatable Obstacle Course in the Eden Prairie Community Center dive pool. Go through the course as many times as you wish throughout your allotted time; try and see how fast you can complete the whole course! Participation fee includes access to Open Swim.

Lunar New Year Family Zumba

Pickleball Clinic: Learn to Play

Step onto the court, grab a paddle and learn the basics of pickleball. Our Learn-to-Play Pickleball Clinics will have you dinking, serving and smashing your way to confidence — all in a fun, friendly, no-pressure environment.

Sunday, Feb. 22 3:30–5 p.m.
Join us for a discussion on the latest research in strength training for women in perimenopause and menopause. Discover how to incorporate cardio, mobility and strength training into your routine for optimal results. Come prepared to move as you put what you learn into action with a guided workout on the fitness floor and weight room.
