Fitness Center Courtesy and Winter Weather Reminders
Here are some friendly reminders as more people head indoors to use the Fitness Center this season:
- Have your membership card handy for quick check-in and access.
- Snow, salt and sand damage fitness machines and studio floors, so don't wear your exercise shoes through the parking lots and don't wear boots upstairs.
- Boots, bags and coats, oh my! There's no room upstairs in the studios, and they can get caught in machines. Please leave personal items in the locker room where there's ample storage space.
Sound Bath

"Bathe" yourself in sound waves through this immersive, full-body meditative experience that uses intentional sound to relax and restore both body and mind.

Dive-In Movie: "The Little Mermaid"
All ages
Saturday, Jan. 4
6–9 p.m.
$12/person
Dive into the pool for a splash-tacular night of family fun with Open Swim and a special showing of Disney's "The Little Mermaid" (2023). Children ages 7 and under must have an adult in the pool within arm's reach.

Inflatable Obstacle Course
Ages 8+
How quickly do you think you can get through this obstacle course? Challenge yourself (and your friends!) to find out. Participation fee includes access to Open Swim, and you'll be able to go through as many times as you wish throughout your allotted time.

Sensory-Friendly Open Swimming
Experience Open Swimming with reduced environmental stimulation — no music or water features, and lifeguards refrain from using whistles (except in case of emergency).
No registration necessary.
