The 2024 Citywide Open House is Saturday, Oct. 5 from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. at Eden Prairie City Center (8080 Mitchell Road) and Fire Station #1 (14800 Scenic Heights Road).

City departments including Police, Fire, Public Works and Parks and Recreation will show off their vehicles and programs at Fire Station #1 and City Center.

There will be several demos throughout the day including the Police Department’s two K-9 teams. Our SWAT team, negotiators, Crime Tech Unit and drone team will be there along with many others from the Police Department and the rest of the City. You can also tour the jail and visit our dispatch center.

Food and beverage will be available for purchase along with free root beer and hot dogs.

This event is free. Parking is available in the City Center parking lot off of Technology Drive and at DaVita Eden Prairie Dialysis (14852 Scenic Heights Road). Accessible parking is available in the City Center lot off of Mitchell Road.
